Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Heartbeat Stacker account using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

This is the quickest way:

Open Heartbeat Stacker
Go to Settings (bottom tab bar)
Scroll to Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you can't access the app, send an email to:

Include the phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Your profile (phone number, display name, preferences)
Your game history and scores
Your tournament entries
Your payout details

This action cannot be undone.

What we retain

In accordance with our legal obligations, we may retain certain data after account deletion:

Payout records: Financial transaction data is retained for 6 years after the relevant tax year, as required by HMRC.
Fraud data: If your account was flagged for anti-cheat violations, the device fingerprint may remain on the blocked list.

Outstanding Prizes

If you have verified but unpaid prize winnings at the time of account deletion, these will still be honoured provided you had valid payout details on your account. Contact support@heartbeatstacker.app if you have questions about a pending payout.
